What we collect and why
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the contact details, project information and files you choose to provide so we can review the work, respond to you and prepare a quote.
Service providers
Quote form details and attachments are processed by Resend to deliver the request and send a confirmation email. Our deployment and hosting provider also processes request data as needed to operate the website and form.
Storage and publication
When automated estimates are available, a model uploaded for analysis is processed temporarily to check its geometry and units and estimate print time and material use. Temporary analysis files are removed after processing, including failed or timed-out requests. Contact details are not sent to the analysis worker.
Who reviews submissions
If you submit an estimate for manual confirmation, your original model file, estimate and project details are emailed to the owner through Resend. The confirmation email to you does not include the model file. Email review follows the quote submission policy below.
Permission to share
Quote submissions and attachments are not intentionally stored in Sanity and are not intentionally made public. They are delivered by email for review.
Your information
Project details and files are reviewed by the owner of BlackCoat Services when assessing and responding to an enquiry. Contact us before sending information that needs a specific confidentiality arrangement.
Only submit personal data and files that you own or have permission to share. Do not provide another person's information unless you are authorised to do so.
